OUR PROMISE: TRUST OVER TRANSACTIONS

We are a family-owned, independent business—not a corporate franchise. Because of this, we operate on Trust, not credit card holds.

  • No Credit Card Required for standard haircut appointments.
  • No Booking Fees.
  • We Absorb The Cost: If you choose to pay online, we cover the 2.2% transaction fee for you.

Note: Credit card security is ONLY required for the 'Executive Car Park & Haircut' to secure the private parking bay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CANCELLATIONS & RESPECT Because we don't take your money upfront, we ask that you respect our time and the livelihood of our independent barbers.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduling: You may move your appointment up to 4 hours before your scheduled time.
  • No-Shows / Late Cancellations: If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, a 100% Service Feeapplies. This must be paid via PayID to: info@silkbarbers.com.au

2. PAYMENTS & SURCHARGES We believe in fair pricing.

  • Online Card Payments: 0% Surcharge (We absorb the 2.2% fee as a business expense).
  • In-Store Card Terminal: 1.6% Processing Fee applies.
  • Public Holidays: A 15% service fee applies to all bookings.
