Appointments: A Courtesy to Our Barbers

We know that life happens, and sometimes you need to change your plans. We just ask for a little heads-up so we can continue to provide the best service and support our independent barbers. Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours' notice): A fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.
• No-Show: The full cost of your scheduled service will be charged.

This fee is a common courtesy to your barber, as they set aside this time just for you. Please pay the fee via PayID or bank transfer directly to the Silk barbershop's PayID is info@silkbarbers.com.au.
