We know that life happens, and sometimes you need to change your plans. We just ask for a little heads-up so we can continue to provide the best service and support our independent barbers. Please give us at least 4 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.


One Time / Recurring Appointments T&Cs:

  • Reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellation (Less than 24 hours notice): A fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied.
  • No-Show: The full cost of your service will be expected to pay via PayID.

Membership / Packages T&Cs:

  • Includes 5 - 26 visits within 5 - 12 months. (depending on the selected package)
  • Reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed or late cancellations count as a used visit.
  • Memberships are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Price lock guaranteed for the full year.


These fees are a common courtesy to your barber, as they set aside this time just for you.


Please pay the No-Show fee via bank transfer directly to Silk Barbershop (PayID: info@silkbarbers.com.au).

  • On-Site Card Payments: A 1.6% processing fee applies.
  • Online Card Payments: A 2.3% processing fee applies.
  • Public Holidays: A 15% service fee applies.


1. Membership / Packages

  • Memberships may include 5 to 12 visits per year (depending on the selected package).
  • All visits are pre-booked in advance to secure your preferred days and times.
  • Payment for the membership is made upfront at a discounted rate — think of it as your “set and forget” haircut plan.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • You may reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment time.
  • You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, that session will be forfeited and counted as used.

3. Membership Duration

  • Memberships are valid for 5 or 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Any unused visits after expiry are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over.

4. Non-Transferable

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

5. Refund Policy

  • All membership sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

6. Booking Adjustments

  • In the rare event Silk Barbershop needs to reschedule, members will be given priority rebooking.

7. Price Lock Guarantee

  • Membership holders enjoy a price lock for the duration of their plan — even if standard service prices increase.

8. Weekends & Peak Days

  • Memberships include access to weekend bookings; however, Weekends and peak-day slots are subject to limited availability.

9. Terms Updates

  • Silk Barbershop reserves the right to update these terms periodically to reflect fair use and operational costs.
