Booking Policy

We know that life happens, and sometimes you need to change your plans. We just ask for a little heads-up so we can continue to provide the best service and support our independent barbers. Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


  • Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours' notice): A fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.
  • No-Show: The full cost of your scheduled service will be charged.


These fees are a common courtesy to your barber, as they set aside this time just for you. Please pay the fee via bank transfer directly to Silk Barbershop (PayID: info@silkbarbers.com.au).

  • On-Site Card Payments: A 1.6% processing fee applies.
  • Online Card Payments: A 2.3% processing fee applies.
  • Public Holidays: A 15% service fee applies.
