Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you respect our barbers' time as much as we respect yours.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before your start time without penalty.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit.

Arrival & Access

Check-In: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure a prompt, premium service.

Parking Access: If using our underground executive parking, please call the barbershop upon arrival at the security gate for entry.

Booking Accuracy

To guarantee the high-detail finish our shop is known for, please ensure you select the correct service when booking.

Incorrect Bookings: If an incorrectly booked service causes a timing conflict, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In these cases, the original deposit is forfeited to cover the lost session time, and a new booking will be required.
